The restaurant at Le Chalet Hotel has an excellent reputation for good food and professional, friendly service. The varied five course dinner menu changes daily and always offers a vegetarian option. In addition there is an extensive a la carte menu which features Guernsey fish and seafood. The hotel's wine list offers a fine selection of wines, together with a choice of house wines.

A very popular lunch venue for Guernsey folk is the flower filled terrace adjoining the cocktail bar. The view from the terrace over the sea towards the smaller Channel Island of Sark is breathtaking, and a variety of delicious light lunches are on offer ranging from Lobster Salad to a Baguette filled with Guernsey Crab. The bar also serves a selection of supper dishes each evening for hotel guests who prefer a lighter evening meal.
